THE POWER OF ONE is all about Leadership, taking action that helps the person, team or organisation achieve its purpose. It focuses on helping individuals examine their understanding and deployment of Power in order to achieve organisational goals. It examines the use of persuasion, risk taking and getting the best out of others.

SITUATION
A regional Housing Provider was preparing to implement wide reaching changes in the organisation and wanting to ensure that departmental heads, both understood what was expected of them as leaders and felt confident to use their influence to steer their department through the change.

INTERVENTION
A one-day workshop where insightful learning stories and personal experiences, were used help the managers explore their understanding of personal power and the responsibilities that went with it. They examined the experience and expectations of being led, leadership during a period of change and influencing with integrity.
