PERSUADING AND INFLUENCING SKILLS is all about getting others to come round to your way of thinking. It is about getting your message heard in an increasingly noisy world. This programme guides participants through an exploration of their thinking and behaviours within the context of the scientifically proven approaches to successful persuasion. It teaches the 6 keys to successful influencing in dynamic and memorable ways that makes them immediately useful.

Ombudsman Office having to deal with a great increase in the number of complaints was seeking a means to cut down on the time taken to resolve disputes.

Staff were taught to better identify and use the skills and approaches associated with persuading and influencing with particular emphasis on the 6 Keys. Lots of opportunities were provided for practice using in-house scenarios. Emphasis was also placed on using the skills during telephone conversations.
